Refund Policy

At Mindpriests, we are committed to providing you with valuable learning experiences, tools, and resources that help you grow both personally and professionally.

Because our offerings include digital products, assessments, training kits, and live/recorded sessions, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Digital Products & Reports

  • Purchases of DMIT reports, psychometric reports, and digital toolkits are non-refundable, as these are personalized and generated specifically for you.

2. Online Workshops & Training Programs

  • Once access is granted (recorded or live), fees are non-refundable.
  • In case of a technical issue or double payment, you may request support within 7 days of purchase.

3. Business Opportunity / Certified Coach Program

  • Enrollment fees for the Certified Student Coach program or similar business opportunity kits are non-refundable after purchase.
  • However, if you are unable to attend your scheduled batch, you may request a reschedule to a future batch, subject to availability.

4. Event Cancellations by Mindpriests

  • If a program, workshop, or session is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your enrollment to another batch.

5. How to Request Support

For any payment-related concerns, write to us at support@mindpriests.com with your payment details and registered email ID.

We review all cases within 7–10 business days and aim to resolve them fairly.
