Refund Policy

Overview

We want schools, companies, and individual participants to feel confident booking a Mindpriests program. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

Cancellations before a program starts

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund, less any assessment materials already dispatched (e.g. DMIT kits).
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, but can be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

Rescheduling

Schools, corporates, and individual participants may reschedule a confirmed program once at no charge, subject to trainer availability. Further rescheduling may incur an administrative fee.

Franchise and licensing fees

Franchise and licensing arrangements are governed by the terms of the individual franchise agreement, which takes precedence over this general policy for matters it specifically addresses.

Non-refundable items

Physical assessment kits, printed materials, and certification fees already issued are non-refundable once dispatched or issued.

How to request a refund

Email contact@mindpriests.com with your booking details. We process eligible refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
