Cancellation Policy

At Mindpriests, we value your time and commitment. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness and clarity for both learners and our team.

1. Digital Products & Reports

  • Orders for DMIT reports, psychometric assessments, and digital toolkits cannot be cancelled once payment is made, as these are customized and processed immediately.

2. Workshops & Training Programs

  • Cancellations are not permitted once you have secured your seat in a live or recorded program.
  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to reschedule to the next available batch. Requests must be sent at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.

3. Business Opportunity / Certified Student Coach Program

  • Enrollment in the Certified Student Coach program or similar business kits is non-cancellable and non-transferable after purchase.
  • However, if you cannot attend your assigned session, you may request a batch transfer, subject to seat availability.

4. Event Cancellations by Mindpriests

  • If a session, workshop, or event is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons, participants will receive a full refund or the option to shift to another date.

5. How to Request a Reschedule

To request a reschedule (where applicable), please write to us at support@mindpriests.com with your payment details and registered email ID.
